In an effort to enhance staff capabilities in data analysis and reporting, NT1PC recently conducted two successful training sessions on Microsoft Power BI. The sessions were held at the Pakkading Site Office and the Vientiane Head Office, training a total of 30 staff members across departments.
Delivered by experienced trainers from the CEO Training Center, the program focused on practical skills for data preparation, transformation, and visualization. The training started with Excel fundamentals, emphasizing how to clean and organize data effectively. From there, participants were introduced to Power Query and Power BI, learning how to import, clean, and analyze data to generate impactful reports and dashboards.
For many participants, this was their first time using Power BI. Despite this, the sessions were marked by high levels of enthusiasm and collaboration. Staff actively engaged in hands-on exercises, exchanged knowledge, and supported one another throughout the learning process.
