On the 12th of February, 2019, Mr. Bounnhang Phengsouvanh, Advisor to Government Relations and member of the NT1PC Executive Committee, made a contribution of gifts on behalf of NT1PC, with a total value of 3,500,000 LAK, to the outstanding students at Phonsy Lower Secondary School studying in Grades 8 and 9, who achieved 1st to 3rd position in their classes.
